Yes, a muffler shop should be able to bend it for you. It's called a Mandrel Bend.

chris W correct. There two ways for this, one a Bender looks like a wheel with about 4-5 different Tube Sizes. The other is a Spring looking spring. Ha! It go inside the tube to bend it. Most Parts Stores should have these and some Tool Supply places like "Harbor Freight" have them cheap for people not need a high dollar tool.

The square shape is what's making it kink. I don't think you're going to have much luck with any method you use. Sorry, but bending square stock is not possible. If it was steel, you could heat it up, but aluminum doesn't give you that option. If you're looking to make a sharp angle, the best thing you can do is weld 2 pieces together with aluminum welding equipment. If you're trying to get a smooth curved angle, I think you're out of luck. Let me know if you figure something out because I'd be interested in knowing myself. Another option you might try is cutting 3 sides, bend the metal and then welding a piece in the place of the opening. It would be a little choppy, but I don't know what else you can do.

Tube bending is old trick. Put something in it or around it to keep the round as you bend. Anciently ice was use for trumpets today coil spring is common and a tube bender has a shape it fits in . Go to an electrician he has a bender for several diameter tubes of steel.

Yes but you must be very careful, it will likely need just a little heat. Aluminium tends to crack easily, especially with even the slightest excess heat, the odds of success are pretty low , but if you use a good tube bender it is possible, it also depends on the degree of bending. good luck. you might break a piece or two

Fill the tube with sand. Heat it slowly over high heat, turning the tube to ensureeven heating, and when slightly pliable, bend the tubing to the required shape.

You may be able to pack it with sand, then heat it a little, not too much though, then bend. Thats the way some people use to do it on motorcycle exhaust.
