Go to your mail, U have to click options & click where it says block sender, enter the address & click add. Thats how mine works yours might be a little different. Hope this helps,God Bless!

if you are talking about yahoo answer announcements, when you ask a question there is a box to check if you would like to recieve emails when your question has been answered, UNCHECK IT..........it is towards the bottom when you click submit

If it's from a website that's sending spam, select it, and mark it as spam so that it will go on your blocked list.

I think you can click on the anouncements and ask if they could unsubscribe you from their list, or you could get them blocked.

use your filters, create a rule that put anything from that sender in the trash
