What you are going through is perfectly normal, I go through the same thing, and well you are not alone I know a lot of people that feel the same way you do. I think that you should talk to your fiancee and let him know how you are feeling. Perhaps there is something that the two of you can do together. Not to mention if he loved you he would understand. Life is like a rollar cooster there are going to be ups and downs, so it may seem like your a little out of control but you are just experiancing a ride called life.

I go through that all the time. I'm a post-bac and applying for graduate programs. I was totally torn down last week, couldn't focus at all. What i did was try a new activity with friends or coworkers. Then come back and attack the problems I am facing.
I think we all go through the same thing. It's just part of the stress cycle. I used to take some anti-depressants but it didn't help me much. I think keep yourself active and busy with useful activities will cure that.

First let me say this question should not be in family and relationships...if you want real answers you should put it in the mental health section...
Second I will say I know exactly where you are coming from and just so you know, I also go thru what you are going thru. There are doctors and medications for the way you feel to help you feel better if it is something that needs that. We all feel that way from time to time, but if it is something that is continuous and starts happening more often, you might want to talk to your doctor.

hmmmm.... Sounds like you're in a rut. Try something new and exciting. Take a vacation with the one you love. But we all go through difficult times and feel sad and depressed. You might want to go talk to someone about this. Good Luck!
