THe quickest way AND most profitable way to sell a diamond ring is to get a job at one of them Mall Jewelery stores. Once employed, you will MOST likely sell at least ONE diamond rind your first night! At a mark-up of about 300%!
Try to pull that in the real world!
Other than that... your local newspaper or pawn shop is about it... people arn't going to pay much on Ebay for your crappy little stone... good luck!

ebay, unless it's tiffany or other known brand, it will worth a lot less than your purchased price. there was an article on msn, someone got divorced and try to sell the ring, it was worth about half of what it was paid for

Get an apprasial and then post it on ebay. Let the Bidding Begin!!! But they will take a very very small % from your profit.

Yup ebay, i heard a lot of my friends said so, though i never tried before. I dun trust internet things which have anything to do with $$$
But u muz know how to bargain ;D
