I think itz the Best Game ever.
Must say better than San Andreas.
VC's Atmosphere,Game Play makes it exellent

I used to think that. But, after playing San Andreas, I changed my assumption. Trust me, SA is much more fun & lots of things to do. It's huge, more realistic & more challenging. You can beat Vice City in a week if you are an avid one, but SA, you have to give atleast one month.

GTA San Andreas is the best in series securing a ratio of 95%, followed by GTA III.
BUT, not the best ever. There are some games which are pretty better than any GTA.

One of the better modern games, but the best ever is - and always will be - SUPER MARIO BROTHERS.
