While ACDC is a great blues rock band Led Zeppelin created the whole concept of "Heavy Metal". Jimmy Page is a master in the studio as well. Listen to anything in the catalog and check out the drum sounds and the layered guitars. ACDC is sort of a one trick pony, great rhythm and awesome lead but most of it really similar, with Zeppelin every song was very different from the one before.

ACDC is a good band. Led Zeppellin is the greatest heavy metal band ever.They are even better than the beloved The Who.
If Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery , than listen to how many lead singers have tried to sound like Robert Plant over the past 38 years . Case closed

Led Zepplin are an awesome band.... but...
AC/DC is the best! Old school Metal!!
They have great songs like.....
- Thunder Struck
- Back in Black
- High Voltage
- Jail Break
- Dirty Deeds
Some of those songs will just live forever....

Led/DC of corse how can you even choose between two such great bands. I think that AC/DC is better for the moment but that will probably change tomorrow when I will probably feel more Led Zepplin. However, it will change back.....An on going introverted battle.
