it is a game where you have to guess the rules, and you are trying to get rid of your cards. if you ask what the rules are, then you get two cards. if you talk without holding your cards face down, then you get two cards. but you don't tell people the rules. if you win the game, you get to make up two more rules that people have to figure out, and so on. it is super funny! play with three or more people

It's actually called "Mao," in reference to the communist/"Red" ruler Mao Zedong of China.
