When i listened to some remixes of Queen's song, 'Bohemian Rhapsody' the part "hit me when the wind blows" often had the "hit me" part cut out. This also was edited out in the song,"Hit Me Baby One More Time" when printed in many newspapers. Is there something, I dunno, there probably is, bad about the phrase in songs or am I just a total idiot?

GREAT question! The best one Q I ever saw
Ok I have a few ideas
Don't want to people to think of violence... one time I was watching an interview with Spears and they said they named it "Baby one more time" instead of hit me because they didn't mean physically but they didn't want people to get the idea

Well, it has to do with abuse. It sounds like she wants her man to hit her, one more time. And the same with the queen song.

Maybe to the ones deleting the parts and reversing it, find it as a sign of abusive-ness?
It's often led towards woman as they are most commonly abused.
