During my hearing before the Merit Systems Proctection Board (MSPB) the Federal Judge dozed off several times during my hearing, did I recieve a fare hearing?

You are not the first person that has happened too...no, you didn't get a fair trial. You can talk to the "head" judge...the chief justice..or whatever they call him where you are. It's a Constitutional right..you are guaranteed a fair trial, and if the judge didn't hear half of the testimony....well, that's not fair then, is it...whether you won or lost. You could call the (shudder) ACLU....I can't believe I just recommended that....

You can contact anyone, but it took 3 years & hundreds of complaints to get rid of a state judge here, My guess is it is harder to get rid of a federal judge.
