Is there a way to change the color/font face of text written inside the "value" attribute of a text box when creating a web page?

There are three ways I can think of:
1. Put a before the and close it afterwards or maybe put it in Value attribute(">)
2. It is a java command that I do not know but if you want you could search for it.
3. A CSS attribute, once more I have no clue what it is

ok basically theres 6 digits red being the first two green the middle two and blue the right two.like so 999999 now numbers can range from 0-9 then there are letters, C,A,and F. 0 is the lowest, then 12... till 9 then C is higher followed by a then F is full.
all you have to do is find the color codea and edit it with that information to change the box

By far the best way to nice form "cosmetics" is CSS.
Start by reading these 2 tutorials:

just use RGB are "red,green,blue" values are 0-F "hex" you can also type in a color
