Somebody just has to make the move and get the other person interested. When my bf and I are tired but I still want to do it, I usually start rubbing his back and then kissing him a little and next thing you know, there we are, not tired anymore.

you have an unrealistic view of sex, it's not always hot and steamy, other times it is gentle and slow and passionate, try to slow it down a bit, less tiring, just as pleasurable.

why not try to initiate during the weekend or the days off. everybody has a day off. or almost. you just have to try and if you want it bad enough it will happen.
