I am a mtf crossdresser and considering purchasing a pair of breast forms. I am 6' and about 200 lbs and 40 years old. What size (cup size, that is) would look most natural on me based on my height and weight? Are there other factors I should consider? Thanks for your input.

As many of the people before have said, no less than a C, and more than likely a D. You want something that will be in proportion to your height and build. An A or B would be too small, and if you are trying to pass in the general public, you don't want to look overly busty and draw unwanted scrutiny. Therefore, I'd avoid anything larger than a D. And as for ribcage, you are probably at least a 38, and possibly a 40.

Probably a C cup. That would make you a 40C or 42C. Go to the best place you can find that fits women post-mastectomy with breast forms and ask for their help. This is the only way it will look realistic. You don't want too much or too little, and those ladies will be able to give you just what you need. Good luck to you!

i definitely think you should go with a DD cup....since you are male, you probably have broad shoulders, and you are tall, so you want something noticable that fits your stucture....you also need to take into consideration your chest size....if you are 40 inches around or 44inches....this all needs to be considered when choosing the right size! good luck and happy bra shopping! get something sexy too!!

hmm well Im 5'6 average weight female with natural 38DDD and I dont look weird or anything - so I would say DD at least. Since you are tall and about 200lbs - anything smaller than a D wont look right. Good luck

think about the natural widths of chest , waist and hips
and the side view outline you wish to project no need to go top heavy Double D, but not so small that you look pear shaped.
a "C" cup size I think would look natural.
