TeacherInsight assessment test?

It's an attitude assessment. The school wants to know if you're the kind of teacher that will fit in at their school.

It's not difficult, but it does require that you know your philosophy of teaching before you take the test, since you don't have long to answer each question. The questions on the test are ones that I've gotten in an interview, so school districts do take the tests seriously.
