clisk the PRTScreen button and hit paste somewhere.

Pressing the Print Screen key copies the entire desktop to the clipboard.
Pressing Alt + Print Screen key copies the active window to the clipboard. Useful when wanting to capture an error message or just one window.
Once on the clipboard, the image can be Pasted into any OLE aware application such as Wordpad, Word, Photoshop, PPT, etc.

Hold the shift key down and press on the "print screen" button. That will save the screen shot to your clipboard. Open Word, click on the 'Edit' tab and click on clipboard. Your screen shot is then available to add to Word or any other program and from there you can print it, email it or whatever you want.
