First things first, I'm happily married, nobody's getting anywhere with any line. But I've found over the years that it's always older men (Ie, 60's and above), that have the funniest, and most creative pickup lines.
As an example; a few months ago, I had a job as a proffesional raffleticket salesperson. We often got up and danced around (Just like idiots)because it drew attention, and we'd have people come around and look at what we were doing. I had this elderly guy come up, in his seventies or so, and he bought a book of tickets off of me. I was bending over to fill out the ticket stubs, and he said "love, you should sit down, or your going to stuff up your back..." I said that we stood up and danced around to draw attention to our table, that if we sat down, people didn't notice us if we just sat down. And the old fella said, "Missy, and guy with their nuts screwed on right would notice you.." Lol, I've never laughed so hard in my life as after the guy left

The guy that was with me for the sales that day thought it was great, he had overheard him, said he was going to use it later on, next time he wanted to pick up a girl.
Anyhow, has anyone else ever come across the same? That the older men have the oddest, funniest pickup lines? I suppose they feel they've got to go all out or something, but still, it's a good laugh sometimes.

I seem to be the oldest older man on here and I'm pushing 60. I'll be there in a few more years. The old man you're talking about must have quite a personality but he wasn't coming on to you. He was just complimenting you. I personally have never used a pick-up line in my life. I never had to. Although I can't say I might not have said things similar to this man.

Yes. I have found this to be annoying and frustrating myself. I remember, when I was little, that my G.P.s would make jokes that I didn't get the gist of until I was actually old enough to be able to ask.
They've also been around the World.
