As I understand the site you currently have as your homepage, (I went there just a minute ago) it is a site to help with computer security problems.
You probably have a computer virus. This happened to me when I used kazaa
First, a virus might have gotten on to your computer, and the hacker who made the virus might have programmed it to permanently make a "security site" your homepage out of sarcasm.
Second, you might have gone to this site because you were having computer security difficulties. Off of the site http://www.download.com you can find tens if not hundreds of free antivirus, anti-trojan horse, and anti spyware programs, most of which are free.
Finally, I tried out a few links on that security website, and the prices are a BIG FAT SCAM. Trust me, I know about software, and 50 dollars for anti-spyware etc. software is too much.
The solution:
go to download.com and download the necessary antivirus etc. software that you need. If one program does not work try another --from a different company--. I have read in many a pc magazine that spyware companies will pay the makers of antispyware software to not detect solely their spyware - good luck!

You have a Trojan hijacker that has taken over your computer, and probably much more. Get cleaned.
Good starts for cleaning are....
SpySweeper: http://www.webroot.com/
Norton's Anti-Virus: http://symantec.com/
PC Hell: http://www.pchell.com/support/spyware.shtml
