well there are ovualtion kits you can try im doing them now and they are great !!! you buy them at the drug store or any shop that sells pregnancy stuff... you buy an ovulation kit for 5 days it comes with 5 peeing cups and 5 tests you do one test a day for 5 days at the same time every day.... it sort of looks like a pregnancy test but for ovualtion.... it comes up positive when you are at your highest and that means you are going to ovulate in 24 - 36 hours so you have sex on the day you get a positive and the day after....its worked for alot of women thats just an easier thing to try so that when you know you are most fertile you can plan a romantic evening and just enjoy the night instead of worrying the WHOLE month about making sure that you and your husband had sex on certain days so goodluck and for the future CONGRATS

Make sure you and your partner are as healthy as can be. Don't smoke cigarettes, it decreases your chances tremendously for both of you. Same goes for drinking and taking drugs. Check and see if any prescription drugs you might be taking can interfere with your fertility. Take a multi-vitamin and make sure it has folic acid in it. get a ovulation predictor, at your local drug store. It helps you find out the best days to get pregnant on. They say you need to try for one year before consulting a fertility doctor, so if you still are not pregnant by then get checked out. Hope this helps good luck!

I tracked my ovulation with a home ovulation monitor, Answer brand. It works like a pregnancy test and tracks your LH surge. Have sex if you get two lines. If you don't get two lines you're not getting your LH surge and need to talk to a doctor.

Two weeks later I took an Answer brand early pregnancy test and it was positive. I'm now almost to my 3rd trimester. Got them at Walgreens.

It is pretty universally known that you ovulate about 14 days from the first day of your menstrual period. Just make sure to have sex every other day during the 10th to 17th day after the first day of your period. Best wishes

Read "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" and start charting your temps and cervical position. This way you'll be more in-tune with your body and are more apt to catch when you're ovulating.
