I am a hardcore fan and have never heard of any concerts recently.

Depending if they want to get back together, but Jack White has his "plate" full this year. Not only does he have a wife and his first kid, but he's also touring with his own band called The Raconteurs (which also feature indie artist Brendan Benson, a close friend of White, Jack Lawrance and Patrick Keller of the Greenhornes). Whether this band is permanent or not, The Raconteurs are touring this year in support of their debut album "Broken Boy Soldiers" (which feature their hit single "Steady, as She Goes"), so probably at least this year, the White Stripes are taking a break for now, but not permanently.

Probably. The White Stripes have not broken up. In fact, Jack has hinted in several interviews that he could start recording with Meg again as soon as the end of the year. That would mean a supporting tour sometime in 2007, possibly extending to 2008.

JONAS BROTHERS!!!! ^^(will be third time seeing them in july, notwithstanding the first time i talked about 'em they opened for hannah montana/mileycyrus, 14th row became genuinely magnificent) Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus once (w. the Jonas Brothers!) Bryan Adams (eighth row, it became marvelous!) Rooney once (opened for the Jonas Brothers) Bon Jovi && Daughtry (lost highway excursion) it may no longer look like that a lot notwithstanding the Bryan Adams live performance became the first one i had ever been to and that became in August of 2007, so i went to maximum of those live performance activities contained in the previous 10 a million/2 months && likely extra this summer season...

well yeah it's just that the lead singer,jack iss too busy w/ his newer band.so he's kinda just switching to the recentours to the white stripes.
and yes!i love u!the white stripes rock!!!!

they toured early this year i think. they came to st louis MO.
