What do you like about fans celebrating on streets? What do you hate? So far we could have seen: Brazilians, Italians, Germans and Englishmen on our streets, who has the best fans and why?

Brazilians are NUTS on the streets...you know how we have laws about horns here in the USA??? well they don't...and you hear them ALLL Day long..especially after goals...and all throughout the day if they win...
they also have loudspeakers throughout the streets...and those are even louder...and it is just a totally "have to be there" type thing...
now...if they lose??? THE CUP NEVER HAPPENED...nobody with a brain brings up 1998...the year that France bought their cup...Pele is friends with someone on the French side and it is thought that the game was thrown or sold quietly...nothing else can explain why soooo many Brazilian players retired after that tourney...THAT IS WHY IT IS CRITICAL FOR BRASIL TO WIN...to shut France up and show them it was a hoax and to show the world that the whole thing was staged...what else explains a country who never showed up in 1990? 1994? suddenly wins in 98 but disappears in 2002 and gets 2nd in group after 2 ties and a win over a weak team in Togo?
