I've just started in Leadership in South Carolina, I've been selling AVON for about 7 campaigns now, and I'm finding it impossible to find a downline, everyone I know buys from me with no interest in selling. Are there any other Reps out there with some quality suggestions? Please Help.

First, have you purchased your BA/Leadership kit? It has wonderful ideas on how to recruit future representatives. Recruiting is NOT easy. For every one yes, you may receive 10 no's.
Make sure you practice your 30-second commercial until you've got it down without a stumble.
Ask the person who signed you up or your DM to go out recruiting with you.
Use the power of 3 EVERY DAY.
Most important, make sure that you are having fun and let your potential recruits know that you love your job.
