see i'm a kid and she nice but i dont wanna knock on her door and not know her name ya know so what do i do?

i mean how do i find out her name without embarrasing myself?

Its ok if you dont remember her name. I forget names all the time. You can knock on her door and just make a joke of forgetting her name. Just tell her you forgot, she wont get mad.

Here's what to do:
1) Grab a pad of paper and a pen
2) Go over to her house
3) Ask for her phone number or email or anything
4) After she gives it to you ask her to write her name down on the paper "so you remember that it's hers"
5) Try to pay more attention to stuff like this! (just kidding)
