Yes!!! Go by this rule: If you are taking money away from companies that have rights to sell music, then it is illegal. If you were copying it for another one of your computers or your IPOD, then it's legal. You can't sell it to someone else.

The sale might be a conditional sale where in the item you bought cannot be sold again. Otherwise you can sell it at a higher price as long as you don't keep a copy after the sale. Meaning you can't duplicate it and sell the copies.

No, you don't have the license to sell music. I mean you can as long as if you don't get caught. But you don't want to risk getting in any trouble.
http://www.walmart.com has music for a very reasonable.

It certainly is. Unless you have an ASCAP or BMI license, you are not allowed to profit from music. That guarantees that the composer gets their fair share.
