I don't know of any fantasy hotels but look at hotels.com and get a room with a jacuzzi and you'll have lots of fun :-)

Five star, The Greenbrier Hotel. It has wonderful artistic like mountain scenes. Middle of historical downtowns, lovely dinning and better yet lots of shoping. You can golf, check out nature, and the rooms have floral designs and grass like carpet.

I don't know if there is one near you, but try Sybaris. You can find them on the web www.sybaris.com I think. They are gorgeous rooms.
