The only people that DONT hate them are thier fans.
Although I did find rather amusing that The Red Sox did beat the holy c.r.a.p. out of ny in the 2004 ALCS.

I hate the Red Sox. They complain too much. I don't really hate the Yankees, but with so much money, I think they could be a little better!

I don't like either team, but I would route for the Red Sox over the Yankees against each other.

I hate them both no matter what. but i think that it was a good thing that the Sox kicked yankees ***!!

I hate an team that isn't the White Sox. Especially the freakin CUBS! God they SUCK!!!

I do, personally I think they are the reason the MLB needs a salary cap. I suppose it doesn't matter because no one can compete with the AL Central. Go Twins!

me! their rivalry is really overrated, and both teams spend way more money then needed and yet neither is the best in the league. the toronto blue jays could take the east from them and their payroll is about $120 mil. less than the yanks.
