Even though your very young, and I honestly do not encourage you to have sex yet, the answer to your question is;
YES, Always wear a condom.
Even though you both claim to be monogamous, (With No Other Guys) Nowadays, You must be EXTREMELY Careful. Wear a condom, use alot of lube, and go slow, until your able to handle it. If your not ready, do not be afraid to Say So.

Yes, even if both of you are clean and haven't been with another guy, you should still wear a condom because there is still a chance that the guy who is top can get an UTI (urinary track infection.) this is because the anal cavity isn't as sterile as a woman's vaginal cavity. Unless you want the top to drink prune juice for like three weeks straight, wear a condom.

So you're trying to experiment things huh? Well, it's better to wear a condom although he might be disease free. Just let him pooh first and clean very well, wash with soap and water including inside or else it will be messy and yacky.
