If you ask about a man hitting a woman they will say call the police. but you should be more specific. is it an angry slap or a little hit on the arm out of fun. did she sock you in the eye. women don't usually hit a man for no reason. their is usually a reason. The man is the one that searches for a reason.
my reaction would depend on the situation. If I didn't know her I might smack her back in self defense. If I know her I will just take it like a man. she better have a good reason or I will not be around a mental case anymore. There is often a built up underlying reason.

I dont support spousal abuse for either sex. But this politically correctness has once again taken a bad situation and taken it way past dead center even, to way over the other way.

I have a couple of male friends that are being abused by their wives because the worthless wenches have hit them time and time again and when they finally reacted they conniving scum called the cops on them and got away with it.

My friend (a guy) got slapped by his girlfriend in a club while we were all there. My friends and I damn near kicked her ***. He stopped us. We threatened her though. It never happened again.
