And when we don't flirt, it does not necessarily mean we withold the desire to flirt... in many cases, we're just looking, but the feelings dont go beyond admiring... coz we know it's only about outer beauty....

What? EVERYONE admires a beautiful woman....OR a handsome man !!! Since you clarified by saying ALL MARRIED man...you need to rephrase your question to ask what you really mean.
Anyone with eyes is going to look.
Anyone with heart will admire.
Anyone with intent, various reasons and 'secret desire' will do more than flirt....marriage has very little to do with it.

It is human nature to admire beauty. Be it a woman, a man or an awesome sunset, painting. I don't know about secret desires to flirt with them. My husband admired beautiful women, he loved only one, me. And he would not have hurt me to flirt with them. Did he secretly want to? I doubt it. He was an open and honest loving husband.

no it's not fair to ALL married men to say that.....because if you've been married for less than a year, you don't even see other women.....married for less than 5, you admire them, sure.....married for at least 10, and i'd say you not only want to flirt, you LUST after them!!!

um, its not just married men.
and theres either the "admiring the beauty" and wanting to devour the beauty. sometimes its just admiration and its nothing to get angry over.
