Do the rugular cold water bath increases number of sperms, I mean sperm fertility? Please give honest ansewer no kidding.

I don't think so. Although there was a message going around for a while that by holding your balls close to your body with underwear was reducing sperm count--not allowing your body to moderate the temperature itself. But I've never heard anything about cold baths.

No, hot weather and hot water decreases them.
But EXERCISE is the best way to increase them. More blood circulation.
