I have a friend who's going to Milwaukee to start a new life, he has no job no money and no car...what should he do?

You both could get together and invest in this... you would be surprised of how low of an investment you need to start your business. Just check it out. It is the best job to have. Honestly.

If he doesn't have a car, and no money for plane or train, how does he plan on getting there?
Secondly, where does he plan on staying once he gets there?
Thirdly, if he has no address there, what address is he going to use on applications?
These are some of the more serious issues he needs to think about before making such a huge change in his life.

he should rethink his plans! i did that (to Los Angeles) when i was 19 and regretted it. he'll probably end up homeless.
