If you can identify the manufacturer, there is a chance you can order a new canopy.
Best bet is to take the canopy to an upholstry shop and have them make you a new fabric canopy using the existing frame. They can also recover the cushions. This will probably be cheaper than ordering new from the manufacturer.

I have been hunting one for two summers. Best I can tell I'll have to make my own or replace the whole swing. I con't even fine replacement cushions.

You can get most if not all parts from the company that makes the product go to there web page and ask or call them up. I hope this helps you out.
