Art, because colors, shapes and images are beautiful and thought-provoking and inspire my own creativity. Music, because it has the power to alter one's emotions. Literature and poetry, because I can learn so much about the world, other people and myself from it. Movies, because they are an escape from my reality and a window into the reality of others. My children, because they are so incredibly spirited and beautiful on the inside and outside both. Kittens, because they are fluffy and soft and precious. The beach, because the ocean is vast and powerful and I feel I can be at peace there and put my problems in perspective. There's so much more, but this will do for now.
