ALL HE DOES WITH HIS SINGING GROUPS IS HAVE THEM RELEASE 1 OR 2 SONGS,HAVE THEM SIGN A CONTRACT THAT PREVENTS THEM FROM GETTING ANOTHER RECORD DEAL(FOR LIKE 8 YEARS) AND JUST LEAVES THEM IN OBLIVIAN!!!!
