After recharging and unlugging my ipod. All my songs was gone or deleted. And it says on my ipod "about" section that I have no more more memory in capacity and available. And on format it says unknown. Before it use to say Windows just like evryone else. And could the people in d ipod store fix this problem.? And hwo much do they usually charge?

You may need to reset your iPod and reload your songs and stuff from iTunes

Yes the people in the ipod store can help and you would have to ask them about the price.

ipods suck. I had mine for a year and then it stopped working. Support is non-existant. Try getting a tech on the phone and you will be waiting for days!! Can't wait for Microsoft!

if your have a warnty get a new one

or go to a store that sells i pods and see if they can fix it

or just sue the makes for all there worth
