I think you may have to put the songs on your computer first, then to the mp3 player or there is probably a direct way through your computer

Ok, first, you need to load that song onto the computer. Wether that is by using Windows Media Player, iTunes, or whatever. Then you need to be able to convert the WMP file to the right type for your mp3. I beleive that iTunes does that automatically. Plug your mp3 into the connector plug on the computer. Then, depending on which program you use, you need to save it into the removable drive, or drag & drop the song if youre in iTunes. Let it sit for about a minute or two, and unplug your mp3 from the computer.

rip it with windows media player. the tab for ripping a cd is in the top. then take it from the location you saved it to on your computer, more likely my music in my documents and drag it to the mp3 players folder

If you have Itunes on your computer, put the cd on to it and put it on your MP3 player.
