Well that`s the hard part isn`t it, then it is all about giving, yes giving up and let others have their say, compromise pal, friends or strictly business, but always compromise, no ego`s too far over the top, love for music, and respect for each others. No easy task, but hey, a little suffering is part of the deal, get hungry man, lol, rock on

Not only is it hard to get a band together, it's even harder to keep one together. Find a new source, like Craigslist or a local zine or lifestyle paper and put an ad out. Maybe the group you are pulling from needs some variation? But, from experience, bands are hard to put together when people's egos get in the way or they don't give a damn about the music. Find some people who care about the music and you'll have better luck.

For the most part, musicians are self-absorbed assholes who think the rest of the band is only there to act in a supporting role.

thats gunna be hard but u can do it lol. i'd come to ur practice but its probably too far. and i totally agree with what that guy just before me said
