Well it doesn't have any health benefits, like calcium or anything. And it's not detrimental to your health unless it gets infected. You're better off piercing your penis, an anal peircing is WAY more likely to get infected.

people don't do piercing for health reasons. they pierce their penis or anus for added sexual pleasure for them and their sexual partners. cheers!

I um, doubt it especially if you get an infection or want to have intercourse. Sounds painful
