pls adv whehter this wld be problem for my sexual life after marriage...wl this affect any way reg my fertility or erection etc?

I think anytime someone is unable to control a behavior, there is going to be a problem. Fertility & erection should not be a problem, but the obsession will. Talk with your doctor about getting some help.
