My favorite classic episodes of Doctor Who are from each doctors.
1. The Daleks Masterplan- First Doctor
2. The War Games- The Second Doctor
3. The Three Doctors- The Third Doctor
4. Genesis Of The Daleks-Fourth Doctor
5. Enlightment- Fifth Doctor
6. Revelation Of The Daleks- Sixth Doctor

well tom baker was the best dr so most of his episodes are watchable, including genesis of the daleks, meeting davros and the daleks in there creation stage, the revelation, rememberance and resurrection of the dalek stories are good ones too, the five doctors, the three doctor and the two doctors work on a strange level reuniting old and new drs in each one, and i have to admit i didn't mind the movie version despite being americanized. hope this helps

The Five Doctors. 20th anniversary show.
The writers tried to re-unite the 5 actors who had played the Doctor up till then, but the 1st one had already died, so they had another actor and Tom Baker refused to return, so they used an old clip.

Rememberance of the Daleks...first time the Daleks went upstairs.
Earthshock...because I worked on a DVD extra for it...blatant plug ;)
Pyramids of Mars...Interesting story

I liked the New series season one finale.
Chris Eccleston was the best Dr yet.

i like the new series, i was so not in to it before. i really liked the episode at the end of series 1 where the old dr regenerated in to this new dr. i also really liked the xmas special.

I liked the one where Rose met up with her father just has he was going to be run over and killed - I thought it was really moving and sad
