Apparently you missed one. My car has two fuse panels. Sounds like yours might also. Either that, or the 12 volt wire that feeds that circuit is broken (assuming all other functions are OK).

it,s a fuse,,since you pretty well gave us all the answer by saying what all stopped working,,someone probably has blown a fuse before,,ans maybe put the wrong size back in it,,you don't loose everything like that just on a bad wire,,there is a fuse that controls all of that,,and your car may have 2 fuse boxes be sure and check under the hood for the second one,,you,ll find it to be a fuse,,also some fuse panels are located in the trunk area,,on the right hand side,,you,ll see it marked,,but to be sure,,check your owner,s ,manual,,hope this help,s.

if it is a manual window than the guide rails might need to just be lubricated. Or if it is a power window their is this piece of plastic that guides a little metal cable (this cable goes to the moter so it is always moving) as the plastic gets worn out it cracks and sometimes breaks when this happens it causes the wire to go off track and sometimes the wire biggens to start falling apart and it gets caught on something and makes it harder for the window to go up

If you're sure none of your fuses are blown, it sounds to me like you very probably have a short somewhere or possibly a wire that is no longer grounded properly. Wiring issues can be tricky and labor-intensive, and are usually not something that should be attempted by people who don't know much about mechanics. If you're fairly well knowledgable about auto mechanics, however, it's usually a matter of patience to track down a faulty wire.

Did ypu check the fuses with a meter? Maybe it just didn't look blown.

If you have another fuse of the same rating, try swapping positions to see if the problem follows the fuse.

first off people, i have never seen a 2004 car with a sunroof and power mirros and not have power windows gesh use some common sense.....im in the air force now but i did work for cadillac(GM) before i came in, and i would check your maxi fuse (the big ones) with a test light with ign on, and then check the relays, its not just a motor or any single component and that many accessories wouldnt die all at once....bad ground or main batt feed or internal bcm short (Body Control Module) might just need a reflash on the module it self

If they are power windows, it could be your motor is on the blink. If they are manual windows, the window could be slightly off track, or the track could be warped or slightly off line. Take to a window repair shop as for they can usually fix it in no time, or if your a DIYer, remove the panel and see if something is in the track preventing it from smooth operation.

for the windows (if it is power windows):
* press the window botton up and down, listen if the motor is functioning (it hums),

* the gears that moves the window glass - up and down could be very sticky. it needs to be lubricated. have it check by a reliable service man or do it yourself. its easy.

* if this wont work, maybe it is the motor. Open it and have it lubricated. There are several gears inside the power window motor.

Window Motor, take it to a mechanic ascertain its the project, and characteristic a clean window motor put in, or you could attempt to take the door panel off your self and merely purchase the area. Its no longer puzzling I truly have finished it two times merely want to have undemanding experience and undergo in ideas the position each and every of the screws and tabs flow.
