I believe it is "chick flicks." I like some romance movies as well (sometimes) but women like romances more than action movies. That's why they are called that.

ya, it's "chick flicks." These movies tend to have a certain trend to them. I'll go throught the Basic List:
-ABOUT a female
- Female gets job or something happends (or either moves)
- Runs into a "good looking' guy
-Girl and Guy Date
-Girl and Guy break up
-Crap happends
-Girl and Guy get back together so on and so forth.
I don't hate them, but, you know. They aren't my favorite. It's good if it's a little different and such.

yeah i love romance movies. but some of them are so bad only a chick would go see them.

yes, men do like romance movies, but we are more prone to action, suspense, etc. women are prone to romantic stories, hence the name. i am sure on occasion a woman might enjoy a war movie, correct? but i am sure that it is not her favorite subject/genre. it would be foolish to spend a lot of marketing dollars toward women to try to get them to see a war movie.... they will target the men, because this type of story is mostly viewed by men. same with romantic movies/stories.

I like romance is seems so interesting the way people love one another is like their were made for each other, for me romance is people getting acquainted to get to know that person and that you know her. You say it like you mean it.

they call them chick click because they dont like to show the feelings and i would watch out for your boyfriend and brittney ok

Well they are movies that are marketed to females because they know that females will be the primary audience that will see them.
