Alicia. If you name her Alisha, she'll wind up getting her name
spelled Alicia alot. Trust me I have one of those names.

I really like Alicia! It's fairly underused. I dislike it in a combination with Alison though, for a number of reasons. Firstly, I don't like when a first and middle name start with the same letter. I also don't like that the sounds of ALicia and ALlson are repeated. I also dislike your spelling of Allison, and much prefer it spelled Alison.

It depends on how you want people to pronounce it and what kind of nickname she could end up with... I have a friend named Alisha and her nickname became "Lish". A spelling like Alicia would probably end up "Ali".
My stepdaughter's name is Aislyn and nobody can pronounce that right on the first try...and for a shortcut she ends up getting called "Ace" or "Aze"

Alisha Allison (but I would even play with it a bit and do Alisha Alison - so both names have just one l for fun!)

Alisha Allison. I like when names are spelled a little different.
