He can't do that unless its in your employee handbook. Find the part about dress attire at work in the handbook and read what it says before you file a complaint. It's not right to be a sexist.

In a way I hate to say it but, I can see possibly where he would make the girls where uniforms and not the guys. I don't know about your job but at my job and places where I shop, I see a lot of stomachs hanging out, see through tops, butt cracks/ thongs showing. I have at times have had my butt crack showing, but It's not my fault its the people who makes clothes fault. If they would make shirts long enough and pants that stay on your waist for us girls, we wouldn't have these problem.

Guys shirts come almost to their knees their pants fit and stay at their waist with a belt while they are bending over. All you'll see is their boxers. I'm not about to wear Grannie panties pulled up to my chest , just to make people happy because they get so offended by seeing skin.

Not if you work at Hooters or the Doll house. Its expected. But if you work in an work place that doesn't accent one or both sexes in a particular way then maybe you have a point. Discrimination is discrimination whatever sex you may be. I think I would use good judgment and if the facts don't look right then perhaps it would be appropriate to bring it to management attention of how it makes you and your coworkers feel.

Yes. Don't let the boss get away with it. They might not do anything but investigate but the boss will know someone's watching.
