Actually most between 11-15 and you can get a hard on at any age, even as young as 8 or 9.

Well U can have a orgasm at any any age. But a ejaculation happens normally at the beging of puberty (for boys 11-17)

well, genetics is the main answer for this question. just be patient, it will all work out, it will happen eventually. you may not like this, but it really depends on your past family. you will probably start around the time when your dad started.
