well it depends on where you live. out in California you can find them shopping at fancy boutiques and at star bucks in new york you would see them in times square a lot. but it also depends on who you want to see

In L.A. I always see famous people at Amoeba, though that's not the only reason why I go there... They have really kick *** cheap cds & dvds!
