I have the same problem with rabbits getting into my garden with a fence around it. The only thing that really works for me is to clip thorny rose branches and put it around the plants or around the fence. It depends on how big your garden is.

A dog can be a big help. A fence of chicken wire or any small spaced wire will also work. If they try to dig under, you can bury the wire several inches deep or lay 12 inches of the wire flat on the ground around the outside of the fence. This will prevent them digging against the fence to go under.

I assume you have a fence around your garden already? If not, it doesn't have to be a tall one, just short enough to keep them from walking in. And make sure there's nothing taller right next to the fence, because they'll jump up on that and jump right into the garden (I don't know why they don't just jump right over the fence, but for some reason they seem not to).

Usually physical barriers are the best. Use dense barriers that rabbits can't punch through or and high enought that they can't hop over. Also make sure that the barrier is buried several inches below the ground to discourage them from digging under, and to secure the barrier. Usually chicken wire works well, as stated in the source (below)
Hope this helps

If you trim your hair and put the hair around the garden it will keep the bunnies out, or go to the beauty salon and ask for some hair.

im not sure if this will work with rabbits.but i know it works for deer. Hair clippings-yes, human hair. Its the smell, you know, that human smell. Just go to a salon or barber shop and ask them for a bag or so of hair (they might look at you kinda funny) and just spread it around in your garden, and hopefully it will work for you.good luck with those pesky critters!
