Central time is two hours ahead of Pacific time, so it would be 6 p.m. in Central time when it is 4 p.m. in Pacific time. When it is 1 p.m. in Pacific time it is 3 p.m. in Central time.

1pm pacific time usually means about 3 pm central time. And if its 4pm eastern time ...so basically its about 2 hours more on pacific time and about 1.5 hours less on eastern time. Check out this website it might help.

4pm PST would be 6pm CST. From west coast to east coast, the zones are pacific, mountain, central, east, advancing 1 hour as you move west to east. In the summer, S (for standard) is replaced with D (for daylight) and each is 1 hour later than its "S-setting".
