need to set up my OUTLOOK EXPRESS please help!

Depends on what e-mail site you are trying to get mail from. If Yahoo mail, it is pop.yahoo.com and smtp.yahoo.com.

However, you can not use Outlook Express to access a free Yahoo e-mail account. You have to pay for Yahoo Plus e-mail before you can use Outlook Express

Outlook itself has no incoming / outgoing address. You need the in / out of your service provider. Call them and ask them to help set up your mail.

Try using .pop3 for incoming and .smpt for outgoing mail

Call your isp they will walk you through the whole thing FREE....

Only they have the info for POP and SMTP server
