Your question doesn't make sense. If you were to stretch a pipe around the world, it would have to be bent. Otherwise it wouldn't stretch around the world.

Depends on the pipe. A pipe with a length equal to the circumference of the earth is going to be effected by gravity. No material made by man is going to be able to withstand that much force, and so it will bend around.
But if you made it out of the stuff in a neutron star, then it would collapse in on itself in a ball and then pull the earth into it.
Somewhere in between you might find some exotic material that could stay straight, but I wouldn't count on it.
