I would have to say in the spoon position with lube, and make sure which ever one of you gettin it in the rear that you are very relaxed and not tense. It is less pressure in the spoon position and loosen up it could be a great experience.

Personally the girl, or guy, whoever you are doing it with, needs to be on top. You need to be laying down and let them ride you.....It will allow them to do it with as much or little pain they can take. Ummmmm....I hope that helped. I guess I worried that as if you are a man.........so I'm sorry If I offended you if you are a woman.

lots off lube.....focus on pleasuring yourself instead on the penetration.....make sure your partner are gentle and patience....when you tell him to stop ....he has to stop....
