Well, I like it. As far as it being healty, i have heard that it releases alot of sexual tensions. and it just feels good to shoot a load.

Sex is better but, I guess if that's your thing Yeah go for it. Just don't try and justify beating off to the rest of the world. Just set back plug in the porn and take out the jergens lotion and the tissue and release all that sexual "energy" you so desire. Just don't talk to the rest of the world about it.
